Robbery charges dismissed: A young man was accused of first-degree robbery and illegally possessing a firearm after the victim and witnesses picked him out of a photo montage. He would have faced more than 10 years in prison if convicted, but the charges were dismissed after arguing the identification process used was unlawful.
